For the Love of Pumpkin

As I am both a pumpkin and Trader Joe's fanatic, I find it appropriate to share my favorite pumpkin products from Trader Joe's this fall. In all honesty, I have two other fall favorites from Trader Joe's: pumpkin ravioli & spiced apple cider. As to be expected, I have already consumed the package of pumpkin ravioli I purchased earlier in the week. My boyfriend, Joe, and I made a quick brown brown sauce to top it off and it was fantastic as a warm, autumn dinner. The spiced apple cider has not arrived in a Trader Joe's near me yet. Sadly. I eagerly await its' arrival. On to my favorite pumpkin products!

Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix: I absolutely adore this mix. It makes the most scrumptious waffles and make sure to top them off with a little pure maple syrup. Mmm!
Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix: This mix makes amazing muffins, especially when you toss in a few chocolate chips. I also have a mini pumpkin loaf pan and I love creating my own little loaves. What's better than mini pumpkin loaves?!
Pumpkin Butter: A cult classic for Trader Joe's and with good reason. This is not real butter but more like a jam. It is great on top of toast or smeared on a biscuit.
Pumpkin Croissants: These are a new item this year and I hope they stay around! Joe and I tried making some a couple weeks back. They must be out for six to seven hours before baking so they have time to properly rise. They increase in size significantly! I was thoroughly impressed with the pumpkin pie filling and the quality of the croissants. The pastry is buttery and flakey and the filling is on point. The pumpkin seeds on top are a nice touch.

I am considering doing a review of all the Trader Joe's goodies in the future...I am not ashamed to say I have tried almost all of them!

What are your favorite pumpkin items from Trader Joe's this year?
