Favorite At-Home Workouts

Happy Monday! With a new week upon us I figured what better time to share some of my favorite workouts. Personally I like to be as efficient as possible so why not workout at home? It's free, saves you the commute and lets you have some 'me time'. 

My favorite at home workouts are pilates and yoga. YouTube is an incredible resource for exercise classes in the comfort of your own home. I own a chromecast and I can cast my workout videos on my TV. I bust out my yoga mat and my block (not mandatory) and I'm ready to go!

My favorite channel for pilates and strengthening classes is Blogilates. Cassey is energetic and knowledgable! She is incredibly positive and motivating. She has lots of shorter videos that are perfect for a quick workout. 

When I want to unwind and center myself, I go for Yoga With Adriene. Her videos range from gentle yoga to advanced. She offers classes that meet the needs of many types of individuals (for those who suffer from back pain or other injuries). I really enjoy doing her videos at night to relax after a long day.
