Protein Pancakes



Whenever I want a delicious yet filling breakfast, I opt for these protein pancakes. I'm been making them for months now and I am obsessed. 


Protein Pancakes
Makes 4 pancakes

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup [4 FL] Almond Milk
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter [optional]
1 Tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup [optional]

Directions:

1) Combine mix, almond milk and egg into a bowl
2) Whisk until batter is smooth
3) Spray a pan to prevent the pancake from sticking
4) Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated pan
5) Cook for 30 seconds-1 minute on each side
6) Repeat with remaining batter
7) Serve with peanut butter and pancake syrup


Pro Tip: Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 10-20 seconds [I promise it's life changing!]
