Fall Breakfast Ideas [Video]


Thank goodness for the weekend, am I right?! Yesterday I had my first midterm in graduate school *EEK* But don't worry, it went alright. This week is going to be CRAZY with papers due and another midterm. With my hectic schedule, I like to know I have some breakfast ideas ready to go! Today I am sharing three fall-appropriate and delicious recipes. Two are quite healthy and the other is on the indulgent side. Check out my video here!

Pumpkin Chia Pudding:

Ingredients: 
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Almond Milk 
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree 
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Dash Of Ground Cinnamon 
Dash Of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients into a mason jar
2) Stir until you have achieved a thick consistency
3) Store in the fridge overnight

Pumpkin Greek Yogurt:

Ingredients:
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Honey

Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2) Stir! Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired

Apple Cider Doughnuts:

Ingredients:
Canned Biscuits [Refrigerated Dough]
Apple Cider
Ground Cinnamon
Sugar 

Directions:
1) Open can of biscuit dough and separate biscuits
2) Use a bottle top to create a hole in the center of each biscuit
3) Heat vegetable oil in a pot or wok on medium heat
4) Cook biscuits individually in hot oil, use tongs to flip after approximately one minute
5) Place cooked doughnuts on a paper towel covered plate
6) Brush each doughnut with apple cider, using a pastry brush
7) Create a cinnamon and sugar mixture on a plate
8) Coat doughnuts evenly in sugar mixture
9) Enjoy!
