Parade Review: Is This Brand Worth It?

I discovered Parade last year. This company is fairly new but has a wide range of products from underwear to bralettes to loungewear. Parade is a size inclusive brand that focuses on sustainability and social good. They are primarily online, with some products in select Urban Outfitters locations. Parade is known for their SuperSoft fabric, which is made with Tencel Lyocell - a sustainable, soft and naturally antimicrobial material. Learn more about Parade on their website.

Before we get into my honest review, I want to share that I am a Parade ambassador. I'm sharing my experience with their products that I purchased or were gifted (c/o). They didn't ask me to write this review - I genuinely want to share my thoughts with my audience. I have a 20% off code: modernmollie. I receive a small commission from Parade directly. I also receive commission through LikeToKnowIt, which is an affiliate service I often use for my brand. If you want to try out Parade, I'd really appreciate if you use my links and code!

What I've Tried

Underwear

  • Invisible Thong: While I love the fabric, I just didn't find this thong comfortable. I think it's more of a me thing because these are coveted within the Parade community.
  • Dream Fit High Rise Brief (c/o): These are some of my favorites from the styles I've tried. The fabric is soft and breathable. They are comfortable and the band offers more waist support - I feel held in but not restricted.
  • Luxe Mesh High Rise Boyshort (c/o): While these are comfortable and the fabric is breathable, I do find these sometimes give me a wedgie. Just keeping it real here!
  • Feels Like Nothing Thong: This was a miss for me. Maybe it's because I don't love thongs but I found these uncomfortable and my least favorite underwear option from Parade.

Bralettes

  • Dream Fit Triangle Bralette (c/o): I love these bralettes! The fabric is incredibly soft. They are definitely stretchy, which probably why I like them. Overall the largest bralettes from Parade (3X) are a little small for my band size, however, this bralette has a lot of stretch and works well for me.
  • Luxe Mesh Scoop Bralette (c/o): I like the feel of this bralette, however, it has absolutely no support. Given that I have a large chest, I think this could be supportive enough if you're a C cup or below. The  straps are adjustable and there is a sturdy band so those factors help provide a little more support. All in all, I just need a little more for my comfort level.

What I'd Like To Try

Underwear

  • String Cheeky: This mesh cheeky style looks so comfortable yet sexy.
  • Cloud High Rise Brief: These look like a dream! I love the thick waistband and how high rise they are. The fabric looks really soft too.

Bralettes

Parade Review

Pros

  • Affordable
  • Comfortable
  • Sustainable
  • Fun Colors

Cons

  • Uncomfortable Thongs
  • Limited Plus Size Range
  • Limited Styles Offered

Verdict

So do I like Parade? Absolutely! Do I see room for improvement? Absolutely! I love that Parade is (somewhat) size inclusive, economical and environmentally friendly. I hope to see a larger size range in the future. I would love to see a band size above 42 (44 in one size). It would also be great to see some more supportive bralettes. Those qualms aside, I think Parade is doing an excellent job and I've seen a lot of growth in the past year. I will definitely continue to shop at Parade and look forward to see what they launch in the future!
